Anchor Land Honored for Brand Excellence
In recognition of its sterling efforts to develop landmark properties that have strengthened its brand, Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. received the prestigious Asia Excellence Brand Awards from Yazhou Zhoukan last December 9, 2014.
Anchor Land Holdings was the only real estate company in the Philippines who received the award, joining the ranks of equally established firms with a firm foothold in their respective fields. The winners include Harbour Plaza Hotels & Resorts, a high-end luxury hotel group that manages five-star hotels in Mainland China; China Construction Bank, one of the biggest banks in China, with 89 trillion pesos in capital; Dah Sing Bank, the leading financial services group in Hong Kong; and China Unicom, one of the largest telecommunications operators in China.
The award was given by Yazhou Zhoukan, the only Chinese language international affairs news weekly which has been published for over 20 years. The award is conferred to established companies in Asia Pacific which have achieved a successful branding strategy. Selection is done following a rigorous screening process that takes into consideration the company’s efforts and achievements in its field.
“This award is very special for us because it acknowledges our efforts to build landmarks that will not only serve the needs of the huge Filipino-Chinese market in the Philippines, but more importantly, reestablish the Philippines as an investment destination. We feel honored that Yazhou Zhoukan has seen the value of our work, which was made possible by having the grand vision of our management team, coupled with very good execution by our people, “ said Steve Li, Anchor Land Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Since it was established 10 years ago, Anchor Land has endeavored to build and strengthen its brand, ensuring that it reflects the company’s values. The strength of the Anchor Land brand is evidenced in the quality of its work, such as the luxurious amenities found in its groundbreaking projects Anchor Skysuites and the upcoming Admiral Baysuites; and the satisfaction of its clients, which include high-net worth individuals from the Filipino-Chinese market, professionals, and overseas Filipinos.
As part of its brand building efforts, Anchor Land makes sure it provides good value to investors. Its projects are planned so that they can offer strong growth opportunities and continually appreciate over time. To achieve this, Anchor Land chooses strategic locations with an eye on growth. Illustrating this strategy are its projects in the burgeoning Bay City, the envisioned tourism enclave of the Philippines and the home of luxuriously appointed Monarch Parksuites and Solemare Parksuites.
Further strengthening its brand is the innovative service that it provides. To date, Anchor Land is the only property firm in the country that offers a full after-sales management service, delivered by the professionally run Anchor 100 team. These well-trained men and women ensure that clients have a seamless experience with the company. As Anchor Land’s front liners, they are able to communicate the strengths of the brand and deliver its brand promise.
In the years ahead, Anchor Land is determined to continue building iconic landmarks that will capture the strengths of its corporate brand, as well as the hard work and dedication of its team.
Mr. Li said that the award was a testament to Anchor Land’s efforts and expressed his commitment to help the Philippines, especially the city of Manila, achieve its goals to become a city that adheres to global standards of excellence: “Our clients’ recognition of our good product and service, coupled with recognitions such as this, only serve to inspire us more. As we move ahead, we look to serving our clients even better by providing them properties that meet their unique needs and by anticipating their every need. I am proud to share that we have lined up new projects that are set to be Manila’s newest icons, all of which we believe will not only delight our clients and shareholders, but will further contribute to the renaissance of Manila. “
