Baylife Venue Construction Update for 2018
The building is now officially watertight with the completion of waterproofing works at roof deck and exterior wall and the installation of metal roof. All floor levels have been handed over to the operator, thus they can now fully implement the plans for their fit-out works. Installation of louver windows and fire exit stair railings and nosings were also completed. On-going works are the installation of non-skid tiles at ramp (Ground floor to ground mezzanine), installation of steel doors and hardwares, interior painting at basement, MEPFS works and specialty works, e.g. installation of elevator/escalator, aluminum façade cladding, parking management system and stand-by power system (Genset). The projected base building completion was moved to May 2018 due to some rectifications to be done on the drop-off floor elevation.
