Concluding its three-part Level-Up Your Digital Game training series, Anchor Land conducted a training and workshop on Facebook page management: page creation, content posting, and boosting.
The session aimed at supporting 202 Peaklane Social Media Ambassadors from Selyado Realty to maximize the benefits of Facebook to increase customer interaction and brand awareness.
Facebook provides a platform for dialogue between a brand and its customers, allowing companies to build better relationships with its current clients and target audience. In addition, Facebook allows users to communicate their experiences and give the company or page owners the opportunity to respond, thereby increasing engagement and helping build relationships.

The Digital Marketing Team tackled how to create a Facebook page and upload content. The team also showed the step-by-step process in boosting a post and how to monitor the performance of a boosted post.
The session also allowed participants to understand essential metrics when it comes to audience reach and engagement, allowing them to assess the effectiveness of their online campaign and cost-effectiveness.


The Digital Marketing Team led the hands-on training on the use of the platform from setting up an account to creating and monitoring their campaign.
