Maximizing Facebook Pages to Reach Potential Clients

Concluding its three-part Level-Up Your Digital Game training series, Anchor Land conducted a training and workshop on Facebook page management: page creation, content posting, and boosting.

The session aimed at supporting 202 Peaklane Social Media Ambassadors from Selyado Realty to maximize the benefits of Facebook to increase customer interaction and brand awareness.

Facebook provides a platform for dialogue between a brand and its customers, allowing companies to build better relationships with its current clients and target audience. In addition, Facebook allows users to communicate their experiences and give the company or page owners the opportunity to respond, thereby increasing engagement and helping build relationships.

The Digital Marketing Team tackled how to create a Facebook page and upload content. The team also showed the step-by-step process in boosting a post and how to monitor the performance of a boosted post.

The session also allowed participants to understand essential metrics when it comes to audience reach and engagement, allowing them to assess the effectiveness of their online campaign and cost-effectiveness.

Leveraging on Facebook Marketplace to Instantly Increase Product Visibility

Anchor Land recently conducted a training workshop on Facebook Branding and Marketplace. The session aimed at supporting the 202 Peaklane Ambassadors from Selyado Realty to leverage on the advantages of Facebook Marketplace in digital selling.

Facebook Marketplace allows its users to easily engage their customers in a cost-efficient manner as compared to traditional selling. The platform allows sellers to list their unit offerings and increase their reach via boosting.

The Digital Marketing Team led the hands-on training on the use of the platform from setting up an account to creating and monitoring their campaign.

The session also touched on creating a Facebook Profile Branding to build credibility and establish trust.

Levelling up your Digital Selling Game using Email Marketing

On September 16, Anchor Land conducted a learning session on email marketing for the 202 Peaklane Ambassadors from Selyado Realtors. Anchor Land’s Digital Marketing team conducted an in-depth and interactive walkthrough of Mailchimp.

Mailchimp is a third-party provider that helps manage client’s database and create email campaigns. It is one of the marketing tools institutionalized by Anchor Land to promote its projects like 202 Peaklane.

The workshop proved to be very useful for Selyado Realtors to level up their digital selling game.

“Previously, we neglected the importance of email marketing as we observed only a few of our clients open their emails,” Selyado Realtors Vice President for External and Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Associations, Inc. (CREBA) Davao President Japheth Diones said. “With the new techno update, we can use the tool with a twist.”

Mailchimp allows users to measure the effectiveness of their campaign – from tracking the emails to measuring the click-through rates. This feature helps them create a sales pipeline from email blasts to tailored-fit personal emails.

“The Anchor Land team demonstrated adequate knowledge of the workshop. It was very easy to follow,” added Selyado Realtor Wayne Reeve Diems. “It can help us generate more sales aside from those we get from the platforms we are using.”
