CHARLES STEWART LEE, British, 35 years old, is the incumbent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. He is currently the Director of Pacific Apex Food Ventures, Inc. Mr. Lee studied at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. where he obtained his Business of Arts Degree in Social Science with emphasis in Economics.

STEVE LI, Hong Kong (SAR) National, 55 years old, is the Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. since 2007 and 2013, respectively. Mr. Li graduated from York University, Toronto, Canada with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Finance and Accounting.

AVELINO M. GUZMAN, JR., Filipino, 52 years old, was elected as Director of the Company. He is the Managing Partner of A.M. Guzman, Jr. and Associates Law Office, and of Golden Ace Credit Solutions Company, Ltd. He also serves as the President and Chairman of the Board of Whidbey Holdings Corporation and as the Corporate Secretary of Santino Metal Industries, Inc., Merckammed Concepts, Inc., IdeashipPhils. Holdings, Inc., LTC Group of Companies, VS Marketing Corporation, Anchor Land Global Corporation and Akuna (Philippines) Inc. He was previously a Senior Associate Lawyer at Saulog & De Leon Law Offices from January 1999-December 2009. Mr. Guzman, Jr. obtained his Bachelor of Arts major in Economics and his Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College. He became a Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in 1999.

DIGNA ELIZABETH L. VENTURA, Filipino, 53 years old, is the President of Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. since August 15, 2011. From July 2005, she served as the Asst. Vice President for Sales & Marketing and in 2009, she was promoted as the Vice President for Sales & Marketing of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, she was the Sales Director of Filinvest, Inc., Sales and Marketing Manager of the Waterfront Hotel and Megaworld Properties and Holdings, Inc. Ms. Ventura earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Santo Tomas.

LORNA PANGILINAN, Filipino, 70 years old, is an Independent Director of the Company. Currently, she does consultancy engagements with various companies. Her clients includes Fraport AG, Macroasia Corporation, Sublic Leisure Inc., Zuellig, MRT-4 (Bouygues), Asia’s Emerging Dragon Corporation, Metropolitan Medical Center, and Ever-Gotesco Group of Companies. She held several executive positions from 1977 to 2010. She also served as director and committee member to different private and financial institutions such as Savers Dome Inc., Tong Yang Savings Bank, Chamber of Thrift Banks, Capwire and Pocketbell, Republic Telecommunications Holdings, Inc., AG Finance Inc., DBP Management Corporation, DBP Data Center, Inc. and DBP Provident Fund Committee and DBP-Institutional Banking Group Credit Committee. She also earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of the Philippines Diliman and a MA candidate in Economics at Ateneo de Manila University.

CHRISTINE P. BASE, Filipino, 54 years old, is currently the Managing Partner in Base and Nazal, Attorneys. She is also a Securities, Corporate, and Tax Lawyer and the Managing Director of Legisforum, Inc. She is a Director and the Corporate Secretary of various companies like Anchor Land Holdings Inc., Araneta Properties Inc., SBS Philippines Corporation, Asiabest Group International, Inc., and Asiasec Equities Inc. She was a Senior Associate of Pacis and Reyes, Attorneys and an Auditor and a Tax Lawyer at Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. She graduated from Ateneo de Manila University School of Law with a degree of Juris Doctor and passed the Bar Examination in 1997. Ms. Base is also a Certified Public Accountant, graduated from De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce Major in Accounting.

CLINTON STEVEN LEE, British, 32 years old, has been working for Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. since 2016 under the Office of the Chairman. He heads the Business Development Group as well as the Market Research Group. Mr. Lee graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, California USA where he obtained his degree of Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology.

MARIA GLADYS C. VILCHEZ, Filipino, 54 years old, is a founding partner of Hechanova Bugay Vilchez & Andaya-Racadio, Lawyers (HBVAR) and is a corporate, intellectual property and dispute resolution lawyer. She serves as director and officer/corporate secretary of certain private corporations. She is an accredited arbitrator and mediator of the Philippine Intellectual Property Office (IPOPHL), an accredited neutral of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and an accredited mediator of SAGE Mediation (Singapore) and the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI). Ms. Vilchez is an intellectual property (IP) consultant of the Technology Application & Promotion Institute of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST-TAPI) and sits on DOST-constituted Fairness Opinion Boards (FOB) for the fairness assessment of commercialization agreements, involving technologies from government-funded R&D. She was an Adjudication Officer at the IPOPHL and also served as Legal Counsel for the University of the Philippines System. Ms. Vilchez obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law and passed the Philippine Bar Examination in 1997.

LEONARDO J. MATIGNAS, JR., Filipino, 63 years old, is a distinguished expert in Enterprise Risk Management with over 40 years of experience, serving as a retired Partner and Chief Risk Officer of SGV & Co. and Ernst & Young’s ASEAN Risk Management Leader. A multi-awarded professional, he holds global certifications as a CPA, FCPA, CIA, CFE, and CRMA. He has held independent directorships, chaired audit committees, and contributed to corporate governance reforms, notably as part of the SEC Task Force for the 2016 Code of Corporate Governance. Leo is also an accomplished author, having published two books on ERM and forensic accounting. His academic credentials include degrees from San Sebastian College, the University of Phoenix, and executive programs at AIM and Harvard. Recognized among the Top 100 CPAs in Philippine history, he has received prestigious honors, including a Ph.D. Honoris Causa in Accountancy, and has actively shaped industry standards and professional development across Asia.

NEIL Y. CHUA, Filipino, 55 years old, is the Director and Chief Finance Officer of Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. since 2013 and 2009, respectively. Neil Y. Chua has worked with various accounting firms before joining Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. He was a senior manager at KPMG, Auckland, New Zealand from March 2008 to May 2009; Purwantono, Sarwoko & Sandjaja / Ernst & Young, Indonesia from October 2002 to February 2008. He was also an Andersen Worldwide Manager of Prasetio, Utomo & Co/Andersen, Indonesia and a supervisor at SGV & Co./Arthur Andersen, Philippines from November 1991 to September 1996. Mr. Chua obtained his Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of San Carlos Cebu City. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountant since 1992.

MONINA JANE S. NAZAL, Filipino, is currently a Partner at Base and Nazal, Attorney. She was a Senior Associate at Pacis and Reyes, Attorneys and she served as the Assistant Vice President for Legal Governance and Corporate Social Services at Clark International Airport. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Law at the Arellano University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Major in Political Science at the De La Salle University. She was a director of Italpinas Development Corporation from 2020 to 2021. She is also a director and/or corporate secretary for several private corporations.
