During the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting, the company communicates its overall accomplishment, which includes its financial performance, such as: stockholders’ equity, earnings per share and net income.
Property and Site Visits
Anchor Land schedules site visits for investors, real estate consultants, research firms, and media practitioners to appreciate the company’s property portfolio.
The company’s CEO, President, Sales Directors and other members of senior management conduct series of roadshows for potential investors (both local and abroad) to promote its ongoing and upcoming projects, and provide an overview of select emerging cities and regions.
Anchor Land partners with media organizations, real estate consultants, local government units and other industry movers to provide an outlook of a given emerging city and region with the overall objective of attracting potential investors—eventually expanding its target market as a result.
