MANILA CITY – To honor Anchor Land’s exciting future, it’s essential to reflect on its humble beginnings in the vibrant and bustling Manila Chinatown district. The second installment of #LifestylesByAnchorLand treated guests to an engaging cultural walking tour through the world’s first Chinatown.
In collaboration with cultural tourism awardee Ivan Man Dy of Old Manila Walks, the curated tour began at Anchor Land’s showroom at Masangkay, located beside its luxury residential tower, Anchor Grandsuites.
The tour then led to some of Binondo’s culinary staples, including the famous street skewers and soup dumplings, offering guests a true taste of local flavors. The immersion also featured a shopping stop Bee Tin, a beloved spot along Ongpin, where visitors explored authentic finds and delicacies.
Another highlight of the tour was a stop at the flagship store of Eng Bee Tin, before concluding at Princeview Parksuites, one of Anchor Land’s pioneering residential developments in the district.
Luxury Like No Other
After the cultural tour in Binondo, the event culminated at Noodle Alley in the luxurious Admiral Hotel, where guests were indulged in a sumptuous Asian degustation. The multi-course meal delivered an unforgettable dining experience, affirming the hotel’s rightful place in the Michelin Guide 2024.
Joining the intimate, sundown dinner was Anchor Land’s President, Elizabeth Ventura, who shared insights into the company’s visionary approach to real estate. Ventura emphasized Anchor Land’s commitment to creating unique and insightful properties that not only meet but exceed the evolving expectations of modern urban living. “A deep understanding of the market is one of our core business principles, and our properties in Binondo stand as strong testaments to this commitment. We are dedicated to modernizing the district and introducing innovations that benefit the community, whether in residential or office spaces,” she said.
Global Bayside Luxury
Anchor Land’s 20th-year celebration is accompanied by plans for future expansions, which Ventura enthusiastically shared. “Globally, properties by the bay are in high demand. We are thrilled to introduce our new property adjacent to our Admiral complex, called The Panorama Manila. This luxurious development will feature an exclusive collection of ultra-limited penthouses, complemented by global-standard facilities and over-the-top amenities,” she added.
Apart from The Panorama Manila, another luxury real estate project is soon to rise in the heart of the bay. Copeton Baysuites is an iconic high-end listing poised to set the benchmark for refined bayside living. “Copeton Baysuites is one of only two properties in the area that offer luxury living. Each suite features state-of-the-art facilities and superior furnishings, enriched by stunning views,” she shared.
