Sitting on Matina Hills, a few minutes’ drive from Poblacion District, this restaurant serves a wide array of native delicacies and international dishes. The commanding view from the restaurant makes it a perfect place to relish the charm of the southern city. At the heart of this enticing culinary scene is Anchor Land’s first residential development in Davao. Strategically located in the bustling Poblacion District, home to many of the region’s beloved restaurants, 202 Peaklane redefines the real estate scene in Davao with rental-ready units across its 28-storey twin towers.

Following a unique business model, units at 202 Peaklane are turned over fully furnished, equipped with smart technology, and powered by an online property management system.

More than just a condominium for sale in Davao City, 202 Peaklane is a suitable vacation destination. Offering a suite of resort-inspired amenities on par with those in premium hotels in the city in addition to its upscale features, 202 Peaklane is set to take Davao’s urban living to the peak.
