In its first foray into leisure development, Anchor Land bagged the highly coveted “Best Hotel Development” award for Admiral Hotel Manila – MGallery in this year’s PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.

Admiral Hotel Manila – MGallery stands as a historical landmark of Philippine luxury and grandeur along Roxas Boulevard. Distinguished as the country’s first luxury boutique hotel, Admiral Hotel consists of 123 elegantly designed rooms across six themed floors. It has four food and beverage outlets serving curated dining experiences, and stylish venues for lavish parties and intimate events.
It opened to guests in July this year.
