Anchor Land’s Chief Executive Officer Steve Li led the groundbreaking ceremony together with President Elizabeth Ventura, Director Jason Li, Assistant Vice President for Engineering Honorio Alvarez, Jr., and Area Manager for Engineering JP Carillo.
