Upholding its commitment to redefining the landscape of Manila Chinatown, Anchor Land inked a partnership with general contractor China Construction Front General Development Corporation (CCFG) to build the tallest and most advanced residential tower in the trade district.
CCFG, a top global developer firm with multibillion-peso projects across the country, is tasked to build One Legacy Grandsuites. Through the partnership, the contractor will work on the civil engineering, earthworks, and dewatering of the 69-storey condominium along Benavidez Street.

The San Juan City-based CCFG is a subsidiary of China Construction First Group Corporation Limited (CCFG China), known for developing high-rise, large-scale, and high-end projects in more than 30 countries.
